Platform features

Every feature exists for one reason: proof.

Lymra is built around the idea that a cleaning company should never have to ask a client to trust them.

Evidence integrity

Evidence that can’t be faked

Four layers of verification make every completed job independently verifiable. No trust required.

Camera-only capture

The in-app camera is the only way to add a photo to a job. No gallery access. No screenshots. The photo is taken live or it doesn’t count.

Every image carries a device timestamp, a GPS coordinate, and a server-received timestamp.

Minimum time enforcement

Every site type has a configurable minimum clean time. The Growth plan default: 10 minutes for a bathroom block, 30 minutes for a full floor. The after photo button doesn’t appear until the timer clears.

This isn’t punitive — it protects honest cleaners from suspicion and gives supervisors a reliable quality baseline.

GPS geofencing

Jobs can’t be started unless the cleaner’s device is within 150 metres of the registered site coordinates.

A cleaner cannot submit evidence from home, from the car park, or from a different site.

Random mid-job photo prompts

At unpredictable intervals during a job, the app requests a photo of a specific area. These can’t be gamed in advance.

Three corroborating photos through a job is a much stronger evidence chain than two bookends.

Operations

Run your operation from one place

Scheduling, checklists, supervision, and consumables — all feeding back into the same evidence trail.

Staff accountability dashboard

Completion rates, streak tracking, and quality scores for every cleaner. Patterns surface automatically so you can coach before issues reach the client.

Digital checklists

Custom templates per site type. Every checklist is tied to the job record permanently — nothing gets lost in a paper trail.

Schedule management

Job assignment, site rotation, and recurring job patterns. Cleaners see their schedule on the mobile app. Supervisors see everything.

Supervisor spot checks

Unannounced site visits with independent photo capture that corroborates cleaner evidence. A second pair of eyes, recorded and time-stamped.

Consumables trackingComing soon

Cleaners log what they replace per job. The platform predicts when stock will run out so you can reorder before the client notices empty dispensers.

Maintenance fault reportingComing soon

Cleaners flag building issues they discover — photos, category, priority. Building managers get notified without you playing messenger.

Reporting

Reports your clients will actually read

Every job produces a permanent, verifiable record. Share it proactively or keep it ready for when someone asks.

PDF proof reports

Branded with your company logo. Contains all evidence photos and metadata — timestamps, GPS coordinates, checklist completion. One PDF per job, ready to send.

Client portalComing soon

Property managers get their own login to view their site’s history. No more email chains asking for proof. They check it themselves, whenever they want.

Audit trail

12 months of every action, accessible to the account owner and by request. Who did what, when, and where — without ambiguity.

For your cleaners

Lymra protects your cleaners, not just your contracts.

Cleaning is one of the few jobs where you can do everything right and still be accused of doing nothing. A property manager walks in, sees a mark on a floor that was there before you arrived, and suddenly your professionalism is in question. Without evidence, it’s your word against theirs — and your word rarely wins.

Lymra changes that. The before photo is a cleaner’s alibi. It records the state of a space at the moment the job started, time-stamped and GPS-verified. If a client claims something was broken, stolen, or never cleaned, the evidence exists to settle it — quickly and fairly. No drawn-out disputes. No unfounded suspicion hanging over someone who showed up and did their job.

This matters even more when things go wrong. In an OHS incident — a slip, a chemical exposure, a blocked fire exit — the question of liability often comes down to who can prove what the site looked like and when. A cleaner with a time-stamped photographic record is in a fundamentally different position to one relying on memory alone.

Cleaners who use Lymra aren’t being monitored. They’re being backed up. Every photo they take builds a record that protects them from false theft allegations, “this was never cleaned” complaints, and liability disputes that could otherwise end a career. The system works for the company, yes — but it works for the cleaner first.
